At Sumner we offer exciting and flexible programmes to meet the specific needs of a range of deaf and hearing-impaired learners. Students are supported by specialist staff to access the New Zealand Curriculum through programmes that have a strong focus on our Local Curriculum, literacy, language and deaf studies. these programmes are complemented by Te Kura - correspondence School, South Pacific Education Competencies (SPEC), transition and work experience programmes. |
